This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies used on rialrent.com, in line with the Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021 and the EDPB guidelines.
What they are
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser; similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) work in the same way. Technical ones keep the site working; the others need your consent.
How consent works on this site
Until you choose, the site loads no Google, Meta or OpenAI script and sends them no request. With "Only necessary" or by closing the banner with the X, only technical tools remain.
If you accept statistics we load Google Analytics 4; if you accept marketing we load Google Ads, Meta Pixel and OpenAI Pixel. Your choice lasts 12 months or until a new version of this policy, then the banner is shown again.

Third parties
OpenAI Pixel measures visits and contact actions after marketing consent. Preparing a request or opening WhatsApp does not confirm that a message was sent or received. Cookie lifetimes are not conversion-data retention periods; processing and rights are described at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and https://openai.com/policies/ad-tools-dpa/.
Google and Meta may set further cookies on their own domains while their tools are active; see policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.
The map on the Contact page loads only if you choose to load it: from then on Google may set its own cookies.
The Superchat web chat (SuperX GmbH) loads only if you click the chat button and stores only technical session data in your browser.
