Requirements & driver

What do I need to rent?

A valid driver's license, ID, and a credit card in the driver's name. Each request is reviewed individually by the concierge based on the model and client profile.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, up to two additional drivers at no extra cost, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

Deposit & payments

How much is the security deposit?

The deposit varies by car: from €2,500 for premium, €5,000–€10,000 for luxury, €15,000–€30,000 for supercars. Pre-authorized on the credit card (not charged) and released within 7 days of return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express in the primary driver's name. Advance bank transfer for long-term rentals or events. We do not accept debit or prepaid cards as a guarantee.

Is a down payment required?

Yes, 30% is charged at confirmation. The balance is settled on delivery of the car.

Insurance & excess

What does the insurance include?

All cars are covered with third-party liability, kasko, theft and fire. The excess ranges from €2,500 to €15,000 depending on the model. You can always add the Zero Excess formula, which removes any client exposure.

What is the Zero Excess formula?

An optional add-on that brings the excess to zero in case of damage, theft or fire. Indicative cost: 8–15% of the daily rate, depending on the segment.

Am I covered outside Italy?

Yes, coverage is valid in the entire European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Monaco and San Marino. For other countries we require written prior authorization.

Mileage & use

How many kilometers are included?

150 km per day included on every car in the fleet. Weekly and long-term packages with higher mileage on request. Extra km quoted by model at the time of the offer.

Can I use the car on track or for events?

Track use is not allowed by default but can be authorized with a dedicated policy and a Rial instructor on board. Photo, video or promotional events require written authorization.

Can I smoke or bring pets on board?

Smoking is not allowed. Pets are permitted only in SUVs/Estates with prior notice: we provide a dedicated seat cover. Extraordinary cleaning fee: €350.

Delivery & return

Do you deliver to airports?

Yes — delivery to Linate, Malpensa, Bergamo Orio, Venice, Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Nice, Geneva. For private flights (FBO) planeside delivery. From €120 depending on distance.

Can I drop off in a foreign country?

Yes — deliveries across Europe within 24–48 hours. One-way drop-off available in Monaco, Switzerland, French Riviera, Costa Smeralda, Forte dei Marmi, St. Moritz, Cortina, Courchevel. Custom quote.

What happens if I return the car late?

Up to 2 hours of tolerance at no cost. Beyond that, an additional day is charged. Always communicate the delay in advance: the concierge will reorganize logistics with no surprises.

Must the car be returned with a full tank?

Yes, full fuel and clean (normal use). Otherwise refueling and cleaning are billed at market rates.
